Billing questions

How billing works.

When am I charged?
The onboarding fee is charged when you sign up. Your subscription starts on your go-live day, and that’s the day of your first monthly charge. Nothing recurring is billed before you’re live.
What does the onboarding fee cover?
Our team sets up your AI number and greeting, your call forwarding, your price list, your techs and the tech app, and runs test calls with you before go-live. Most accounts are live in about seven days.
Is there a contract?
Front Office AI and Mobile Ops are month-to-month: cancel before any renewal, one click in billing or one email. Fleet OS starts as a 90-day pilot at the founding price. Command Center is custom.
How long does the founding price last?
Founding price for the first 10 accounts per product, locked for 12 months. After that, the plan moves to the list price shown struck through today. We tell you before it changes.
What if go-live takes longer than planned?
Your subscription starts on your go-live day. If go-live moves, the start date moves with it.
Are AI calls unlimited?
Each location includes 500 AI-answered calls a month, then $0.90 per call. We show your call count in the dashboard.
What about card processing?
Payments & Payouts is $199/mo at the founding price, plus card processing on the payments you collect.
Can I buy products one at a time?
Yes, at the prices listed under “Individual products”. Bundles cost less than the same products bought separately. Book a call and we’ll set up the mix you need.
Do prices include tax?
No. Sales tax may apply depending on your state and is shown before you pay.
