We run a repair company. We built this for ourselves.

Where it came from

Ride N Repair is a doorstep vehicle-repair business. Customers call, a technician drives to them, the job gets done in a driveway or a parking lot, and the customer pays at the curb. We have run 160,000+ repair jobs that way with around 330 technicians on the platform.

Off-the-shelf shop software did not fit. It assumed a bay, a service advisor and a customer who walks in. Our problems were different: phones ringing while every tech had their hands in an engine, the nearest tech not being the right tech, vans that stopped moving for no clear reason, cash collected in the field that never quite reconciled, and parts that were not always what the invoice said.

So we built our own system, one problem at a time: an AI desk that answers and books, a lead queue where reps claim a lead before they call it, dispatch that scores every tech and explains its choice, a tech app that detects arrival and flags idle vans, a cash ledger per tech, QR proof of genuine parts and a service history for every vehicle. Ride N Repair OS is that system, rebuilt for US operators.

What we believe

• Every call is a job until proven otherwise. A missed call in mobile repair is usually a lost customer, not a delayed one.
• The nearest tech is not always the right tech. Skills, workload and job value matter as much as distance. Our ML dispatch lifted revenue per job +30% in our backtest, and it always shows its reasons.
• Proof beats trust. GPS arrival, photos and scanned parts end most disputes before they start.
• AI should say it is AI. Every call opens with a clear AI and recording disclosure, and we never train on customer calls.
• Prices should be public. Ours are on the pricing page, list and founding, with nothing hidden.

What we will not do

• We do not run repair businesses in the US and will not compete with our customers.
• We do not sell or share your data or your customers' data.
• We do not make outbound AI marketing calls, for ourselves or on your behalf, without the consent the law requires.
• We do not publish fake reviews, fake logos or invented testimonials. When we have US customers who agree to be named, you will see them here.

The company

Ride N Repair OS is sold and supported by Ride N Repair, Inc., a Delaware corporation. Engineering is shared with our affiliate that operates the repair business, under access controls described on our security page and in our privacy policy.
