The program
Program name: Ride N Repair OS. Text messages in this program are sent by Ride N Repair, Inc. on behalf of the repair businesses that use our software (mobile mechanics, fleet-maintenance operators, roadside networks and repair shops). The message identifies the repair business you are dealing with. Ride N Repair, Inc. provides the platform and the phone numbers that send the messages.
Messages you may receive
Messages relate to service you requested from a repair business:
- Appointment confirmations, reschedules and cancellations.
- Technician updates: on-the-way notices with an arrival estimate, and arrival notices.
- Payment links for completed work, and receipts.
- Service reminders, such as when your vehicle's next scheduled maintenance is due.
We do not send marketing messages in this program, and we do not sell or rent phone numbers.
How you opt in
You opt in when you give your mobile number to a repair business to book, confirm or pay for a service (for example, on a phone call, a booking form or in person) and agree to receive texts about it. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of any purchase.
Frequency and cost
Message frequency varies with your appointments and service activity, typically a few messages per job. Msg & data rates may apply. Check your mobile plan for details.
Opting out (STOP)
Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts from that number. You will get one confirmation message and no further texts from that number unless you opt in again. You can also reply STOPALL, CANCEL, END, QUIT or UNSUBSCRIBE. To opt back in, reply START.
Help (HELP)
Reply HELP to any message for help, or email sales@ridenrepair.ai. For questions about your appointment, invoice or repair, contact the repair business named in the message.
Carriers
Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery depends on your carrier and coverage, and messages may not be delivered if your phone is off, out of range or unable to receive texts.
Privacy of your number
No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. Your number is used only to deliver the messages described here and is passed only to the carriers and messaging providers that transmit them.
