What it does

Built for the way work actually moves.

A portal for every fleet client

Each fleet client logs in to their own view: their units, open requests, completed visits and what is due next. No more “was the van actually serviced?” emails.

  • Separate login per fleet client
  • Units, visits and requests in one place
  • Shows your company, not ours

Preventive maintenance, batched

PM is planned per unit by mileage and date, then grouped so one visit covers several vans at the client’s lot. Fewer visits for you, less downtime for them.

Proof of work on every unit

GPS arrival and departure at the client’s address, before and after photos per unit, parts with QR verification, the odometer and the tech. It is all on the visit, visible to the client.

  • Arrived 8:28 AM · GPS
  • 10 photos
  • 5 parts verified

Service requests without the phone tag

Clients pick a unit, say what is wrong and where the van is. The request lands on your dispatch board with a suggested visit, and the client gets the tech and ETA by text.

Rolling out

Monthly report and consolidated billing

A month-to-date report per client: units serviced, PM compliance, time on site and spend. One invoice per client per period is rolling out.

Setup to steady state

How it works

  1. Add the client and their units

Import unit lists with VINs, odometers and PM intervals from a spreadsheet or your client’s fleet system export.

  2. Invite the fleet manager

They get their own login. They see only their units and visits.

  3. Plan the PM batches

The schedule groups units that come due together. You confirm the visit dates.

  4. Service and prove it

Techs work the batch in the Tech App. Photos, parts and GPS times appear in the portal as each unit is finished.

FAQ

Fleet Portal, answered.

Is the Fleet Portal available today?
It is rolling out to US customers now, starting with Fleet OS pilots. It builds on the partner portals we run for delivery fleets in India. Rolling out: in development for US customers. Ask us for dates.
Who pays for the Fleet Portal?
You do, per fleet client you invite. Most operators build it into their fleet contract price. It is included in the Fleet OS bundle.
Can fleet clients see my other customers?
No. Each client sees only their own units, requests, visits and reports.
Does it replace Fleetio or Samsara?
No. Those track the vehicles. The Fleet Portal is how your maintenance business shows the client the work: who came, when, what was done and what is next. Many fleets use both.
How is proof of work captured?
The Tech App records GPS arrival and departure at the client’s address, and techs take before and after photos and scan parts on each unit. Nothing is typed in after the fact.
