Look up any vehicle by the last six of the VIN or a record ID. Time and mileage are checked against each job’s warranty, so “is this covered?” gets a straight answer on the first call.

Service Passport, answered.

What does the customer need to install?

Nothing. The passport is a web page on a private link. It opens on any phone and can be saved to the home screen.

What is on the page, and what is never on it?

The vehicle, every visit, the parts installed (with QR verification), photos, warranty status and the next service due. The owner’s name, phone number and address are never shown. You choose whether prices and photos appear.

Can I import service history from my current system?

Yes. During onboarding we import past jobs from a spreadsheet or an export, so returning customers see their full history on the first visit.

How are warranty terms set?

Per service. Brake work might carry 12 months or 12,000 miles, a battery 36 months. The lookup checks both time and mileage against the odometer you enter.

Do reminders follow texting rules?

Reminders only go to customers who opted in to texts, and every message includes opt-out instructions. We never send marketing calls.

Is it in a bundle?

Service Passport is included in Mobile Ops, Fleet OS and Command Center, or you can add it on its own per location.
